Nope, he belongs to a drug ring. The girlfriend story is a cover, that is the excuse he gave the cops. there are many other victims who claim he staged an accident to extort money or rob them with his crooks.

That is the car camera. The woman was shouting on the phone, nervously calling the police, so shocked she couldn't even say the right street name.

I really feel for them. This is a common occurrence in the ol country, though mostly they attack in pairs. And with guns. So it is not safe to stop at a street light at night. You must ignore the red light if you want to live. Either that or you have a lot of people in the car, two at least looking backwards, armed better.

That this happened in the middle of the day is even more terrifying.

Indeed, numerous options. None taken. Instead, they speed around, running red lights going on and off of the highway with this tosser following them.
